V.B.Z Policy

CancelLation.

Deposits are strictly non-refundable unless cancelled by (Ziggy) any unforeseen circumstances are not valid to be legible for refund.

DEposit.

Deposits are legally binding for the project to go ahead and for final payment to be paid upon completion, Deposits are strictly non-refundable unless at the fault of (Ziggy).


Rough cuts.

2 free rough cuts are available for clients, once changes have been made to both rough cuts another rough cut cannot be acquired unless an extra fee is paid.




Ownership.

Once a video is finished the client and V.B.Z both are allowed to do whatever they want with the video and post it where ever they want (unless there is an ACTUAL problem regarding the video). However, all videos are allowed to be uploaded to V.B.Z visual playlist on YouTube and also used to promote visual work (such as within a showreel or on Instagram).






LAteness.

If a client shows up late to a shoot, after 45 minutes of waiting, a fee will be charged and added to the invoice for wasting time, no exception for any situation.





REfund and price.

Refunds are strictly not accepted unless it is at the fault of V.B.Z. In any situation where it is not the fault of V.B.Z videos are strictly non-refundable.

The price of a video is -negotiable below the asking price of the crew’s rates.


Contracts

All contracts are legally binding and must be signed before the start of a project, the failure to sign a contract automatically voids the project and deposit will be paid back.

INVOICES

Invoice

Once an invoice for final payment has been sent, there will be a 14-day period to be paid, if this is not paid within this time WE WILL look towards small claims court, A further 7-day invoice will be sent and again if not paid, WE WILL create a claim against the client.

BUDGet Restrictions

Any visions that cannot be done because of budget constraints are not at the fault of (Dir.v.b.z or Obscura.Motion).

For example, if the team and artist get told we cannot film within a certain area because we couldn’t afford the release forms within the budget, this is a budget constraint not the fault of (Dir.v.b.z or Obscura.Motion)

Failure to Follow policy

My policy is non-negotiable and I follow these rules for each shoot, by paying a deposit the client is agreeing to follow the policy.
